Philadelphia Non-Profit Unifies Multiple Locations with Broadview's OpenXchange Email and OfficeSuite Phone

For 45 years, Intercommunity Action, Inc. (Interact), a non-profit in the greater Philadelphia region, has served the community through a variety of behavioral health and senior services, as well as programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

After becoming frustrated with unreliable email service from their former provider, Interact's Vice President of Information Technology, Mike Mann, began to search for a better solution. "We are a private, non-profit organization, so we could not afford to maintain our own email server," said Mann.
