Mr. Gomez began his career in sales and marketing at News Corporation and its home entertainment business units, including Fox Sports. While working at One-on-One Sports Radio Network, he helped reposition business operations and initiated the sale of the unit to a prominent sports publisher. As Director of Promotions for Foot Locker Worldwide, Mr. Gomez engaged strategic marketing partners to jump-start the company's athletic business, which had been struggling at the time, resulting in more than $250 million in incremental sales revenue. Prior to joining Trans-Lux, Mr. Gomez co-founded the consulting practice within Van Wagner Sports and Entertainment, servicing brands such as DirecTV, MetLife, Pepsi, NBTY, Ford and others.
