Norway,Sweden : ERICSSON, TELENOR ink 5-year framework agreement for radio hardware and professional services [TendersInfo (India)](TendersInfo (India) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Ericsson and Telenor group have inked a 5-year global framework agreement for the provision of radio hardware and professional services. The deal will see launching of 2G, 3G and 4G technologies, as well as installation, operational support, hardware and software support, and maintenance. Besides this, Ericsson will also render multi-standard RBS6000 family of base stations, which can operate on all standards - GSM, WCDMA and LTE - and offers a seamless, integrated and environmentally friendly solution that is forward-compatible. LTE will be one of the major investment areas for us in the coming years.
