Calysto Communications Selected as Stevie Awards Finalist for Women in Business [Professional Services Close - Up]

(Professional Services Close - Up Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Calysto Communications said it has been named a finalist for the 11th annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business for a global marketing campaign it managed for its client, iBasis.

The campaign, which centered around the development of a technology-specific microsite and associated audience building strategies and techniques across social media platforms, received finalist status in the Business-to-Business Marketing Campaign of the Year category.

"This project highlighted Calysto's expertise across the three main pillars of our business: content, PR and social media," said Calysto CEO Laura Borgstede. "Clients rely on Calysto to be 'much more than a PR firm' and we've responded with cross-platform campaigns that deliver measured results. Industry recognitions like these showcase our deep devotion to creating and executing programs that start with content and follow with excellent execution and delivery of that content." The iBasis campaign was led by Kristine Bennett, Calysto's Chief Client Services Officer, who has been creating cross-platform campaigns for Calysto clients since 2000.
