STAYING IN GOING OUT ; Couch potato or gadabout town? We pick the best ways to enjoy yourself in the coming week [Sunday Mirror (England)]

(Sunday Mirror (England) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) GAME SHADOW WARRIOR Xbox One, PlayStation 4 If you liked the scene in Kill Bill where Uma Thurman makes a mess of The Crazy 88 with her Hattori Hanzo sword, then you will love Shadow Warrior. This brilliant revamp of the 1997 classic is psychedelic slashing joy. You play sardonic shogun Lo Wang, fighting demonic hordes while hunting the Nobitsura Kage blade. His ludicrous arsenal includes quadbarrel shotguns and explosive crossbow bolts, which can be dual-wielded. The enemy is numerous and boss fights epic. A loving and respectful remake from Flying Wild Hog. **** OWEN ANSLOW DVD WALKING ON SUNSHINE (12) Pounds 9.99, amazon.co.uk Wonderful toe-tapping entertainment in this great British musical as two sisters - Annabel Scholey and Hannah Arterton - fall for the same hunky Italian, all set against the backdrop of beautiful Puglia.

GADGET LENOVO ERAZER X510 shop.lenovo.com, Pounds 1,399 This is one for the serious gamers who want to take things to the next level. The Erazer X510 is a brilliant follow up to Lenovo's X700 when it comes to getting good bang for your buck. Design-wise it's a glorious move away from the normal squared box tower, with angular armour and slowblue pulsating lights. Inside this elegant beast sits a 4th generation Intel Core i7 processor and an AMD R9 graphics card. That's your visuals and your processing power sorted. When it comes to room, the 4 Terabyte HDD internal storage, along with external hot-swap bay, means there is ample space (and then some) for a library of awesome games.

The OneKey Overclocking option means you can increase processor performance with the click of a button. The gaming mouse is ergonomically brilliant and the lit keyboard adds to the experience. Sleek, sexy and souped-up to the max.

OWEN ANSLOW SINGLE ALEXA GODDARD So There, 99p, itunes.apple.com The British YouTube sensation and sweetheart of Jay-Z's label Roc Nation has chosen a sugary sweet love song for her second single, and it makes for very easy listening.

ALBUM RADIO 1'S LIVE LOUNGE 2014 amazon.co.uk, Pounds 11 Everyone from London Grammar to Labrinth cover stripped down hits from their peers. Also featuring Ed Sheeran and Sam Smith, it's a unique celebration of today's hottest pop.

GAME STRONGHOLD CRUSADER II PC This real-time strategy sim is a castlesmashing treat. If Game of Thrones'Tywin Lannister had a PC, this is what he'd be playing. The long-awaited follow-up to 2002's huge hit takes you back to the Middle East circa 1189. You can play as Richard the Lionheart or Saladin in two single-player campaigns. The new visuals are brilliant and the interface has been tweaked for better control. The new 3D engine allows for authentic castle simulation and destruction. Pick your soldiers, organise the units and prepare a strategy to smash the enemy. Lure people in with low taxes, bribes and quality boozers, then keep the opposition out by building turrets and traps. This is brilliant online with up to eight players. **** OWEN ANSLOW LIVE LADY GAGA London's 02 Arena "Hello, Manchester!" Gaga yells to the packed-out O2 Arena, but no one seems to notice. And if they do, they don't seem to care.

The singer's fans, or Little Monsters as she calls them, aren't deterred by her lack of geographical knowledge or the London drizzle as they arrive in outfits (or lack of) that might make even their leader blush.

The lavish stage is a non-stop riot of flouro colours and scantily-clad dancers, with the singer leading the way in bonkers outfits including a polka-dot octopus. So far, so very Gaga.

But at one point she read a letter from a fan who had attempted suicide, but found comfort in her music. It wasn't quite up there with her Born This Way tour, but for fans it was another pop masterpiece.

ZOE SHENTON MUSICAL MEMPHIS Shaftesbury Theatre After being crowned Best Musical at the 2010 Tony Awards, this show about the black roots of rock 'n' roll music finally lands in the UK.

Set in the segregated 1950s of Memphis, it focuses on spiky white DJ Huey Calhoun (Killian Donnelly) who falls for black nightclub singer, Felicia (Beverley Knight).

The songs (by Bon Jovi's David Bryan) are unmemorable, but UK soul queen Beverley Knight's electrifying presence and incredible voice turn this show around.

TIM RANDALL LIVE BLACKBERRY SMOKE 02 Shepherd's Bush Empire After years of watching rock bands in huge stadiums and vast fields, it's nice to catch one in a more intimate venue. These guys have toured with ZZ Top and Lynyrd Skynyrd and boy, can they rock! They raised the roof with thigh-slappers like Pretty Little Lie, Six Ways To Sunday and Shakin'Hands With The Holy Ghost. If you like your rock as Southern as bourbon and fried chicken, y'all be happy to know they'll be back here next year.
