Turkey : Pegasystems Acquires Turkish Partner, Ultima Information Technology [TendersInfo (India)](TendersInfo (India) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Pegasystems Inc., the software company powering the digital enterprise, today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire its partner in Turkey, Ultima IT. The transaction is expected to close by the end of the fourth quarter. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed. Ultima is a leading provider of consulting and services for developing strategic business applications, and IT Infrastructure in the Turkish market. The vast majority of Ultima s business is based on Pega s CRM applications and the Pega 7 platform. The two companies share several large customers who use Pega software in the financial services and telecommunications industries.
