In Central and Eastern Europe, according to the same study, the growth rate of mobile data traffic will be above the global average with a 13-fold increase. 4G traffic is expected to account for 29% of total mobile data traffic in the region by 2018, compared with 3% at the end of 2013. As new devices are connected to mobile networks, they bring new, less predictable traffic patterns.
