Canada : SELEX ES acquires TACTICAL TECHNOLOGIES [TendersInfo (India)](TendersInfo (India) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Selex ES has acquired Ottawa, Ontario, Canada-based Tactical Technologies Inc., a provider of electronic warfare analysis software and services. TTI delivered products and services will continue to be offered under the name of Tactical Technologies Inc., and the firm will be folded into Selex ES s broad electronic warfare portfolio. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. TTI creates the Tactical Engagement Simulation Software family of products.
