Elected officers to the board on Oct. 20, 2014, at the organization's 63rd Annual Convention & Expo were: * Board Chair, Mark Muglich, president, ABM Parking Services, Cleveland, Ohio * Chair Elect, Alan Lazowski, chairman & CEO, LAZ Parking, Hartford, Connecticut * Vice Chair, Nicolle Judge, president, SkyPark, San Bruno, California * Treasurer, Robert Zurisky, president, Parkway Corporation, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania * Secretary, David Damus, CEO, System Property Development, Inc., Pasadena, California * Immediate Past Chair, Jeff Wolfe, president, The Car Park, Boise, Idaho Frank Ching is the newly elected public council Chair. Frank Ching, MBA, is the director of Parking Management, Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority. He is also the 2014 NPA Innovator of the Year for his role as the City Parking Administrator, City of Santa Monica - Parking Operations. Ching transformed the Santa Monica's parking operations into a modern, efficient and sustainable operation, which now generates annual revenues of more than $58 million and features the latest technology. Jerry South is the newly elected at large member of the NPA board of directors. Jerry South (http://www.townepark.com/about_leadership.shtml#jerry_south) formed Towne Park in July of 1988 and has successfully built the company from one hotel account in Annapolis, Maryland to a national parking and hospitality services provider serving over 400 accounts in 50 plus markets nationwide.
