In the recent months we've certainly been living up to our name in every sense of the word. We've been "grinding" away at a plethora of activities from writing strategies and managing campaigns, to pitching on new business - and we've had fun while doing it.



Best of all, these efforts have started yielding positive results for us, as we recently signed some exciting new clients over the past few months.

We were appointed to manage the marketing and PR for the AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open - the first ever tri-sanctioned golf tournament between the Sunshine, European and Asian Tours, which takes place in Mauritius in May 2015. In August we managed the global media launch of the tournament in Mauritius, and for the next eight months we will be profiling the tournament across four key markets including Africa, Europe, Asia and Mauritius.


Philips Africa appointed us to manage some of their events, including the internal launches of their brand re-launch in South Africa, Kenya, Ghana and Nigeria.

In September, after a pitch process, Nestlé South Africa appointed TheGrind PR as the agency to manage the PR for the MILO brand, and during the same month we were awarded the campaign by the International Cricket Council (ICC), to manage the PR for the ICC Cricket World Cup Trophy Tour to South Africa.

Sport4U appointed us to manage the PR campaign for the Flying Fish National Beach Volleyball Series taking place across South Africa. We successfully promoted the Kimberly event which took place from 3-5 October, and will amplifying the campaign until the Series concludes in March next year.
