DVTEL names Jack Meltzer as senior director, Global A&E Program(M2 PressWIRE Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Provider of open-standard, end-to-end video surveillance solutions DVTEL INC announced on Thursday that Jack Meltzer has been appointed senior director, Global A&E Program.
