(Targeted News Service Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) OVERLAND PARK, Kan., Oct. 21 -- Johnson County Community College issued the following news release: If you're interested in learning how Microsoft Office can help you become more organized and efficient at work and at home, then attend a special conference on Saturday, Nov. 8, at Johnson County Community College.



New and veteran users of Microsoft Office software will benefit from learning new tools and functions, timesaving tips and expert advice. The conference will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Regnier Center at JCCC.

The cost of the conference is $25 and includes a catered lunch where you can network with the presenters and other participants.


Keynote speaker Bradley Davis will explain how you can "Do More Microsoft Office 365." Davis will demonstrate how the software is ready to work whenever and wherever you are. Davis will also discuss productivity suites, cloud collaborations, and storage tools, as well as how to manage Office across multiple devices and users.

Other presenters will cover everything from creating reports in Access to using Excel surveys to gather feedback to using Yammer Social in your business.

"There is so much you can do with Office 365," said Mary Anne Matos, assistant for microcomputer training in Continuing Education at JCCC.

"We want to showcase the power behind being able to access Office online, especially since you can now use it across multiple devices. But of course, we also want to remind people of the raw potential of Office, regardless of which version they are using."
