Martinrea International Taps Pat D'Eramo as President and CEO [Travel & Leisure Close - Up](Travel & Leisure Close - Up Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Martinrea International said that Pat D'Eramo will be appointed as Martinrea's next President and Chief Executive Officer. According to a release, D'Eramo will join the Company on November 1 Nick Orlando, Martinrea's current President and Chief Executive Officer, will step down at that time, and will continue to provide services to the Company as a consultant as required. D'Eramo's appointment follows a search process conducted by the Company's board of directors, which appointed a search committee of its members to oversee the process, to work with an executive search firm, and to make assessments and recommendations. D'Eramo has had a long career in the automotive business, with metalforming and parts manufacturing experience. Most recently, he has been the President of Dana's Commercial Vehicle Technology group, leading the global heavy truck driveline business, with presence in the Americas, Europe, India, Australia and a major joint venture in China. Rob Wildeboer, the Company's Executive Chairman, said: "We are thrilled that Pat is joining us as our President and Chief Executive Officer.
