Artale a senior project manager. He will oversee all phases of land planning and design, including concept development, construction drawing preparation and project management. He is a registered landscape architect with more than 20 years of experience and a bachelor's degree in landscape architecture from Penn State.



BANKING/FINANCE York Township-based PeoplesBank named Diane E. Baker a senior vice president and enterprise risk management oficer. She was the auditor. She is a certified public accountant and has a bachelor's degree from Franklin & Marshall College. Chrissy J. Ferguson, Aneury Perez and Kerry VanTassel were named financial center managers. Ferguson is with the East York ofice. She has more than 17 years of banking experience and was the East York relationship manager. Perez is with the New Freedom ofice. He was an assistant branch manager with M&T Bank. He has eight years of banking experience and a bachelor's degree in business administration from Penn State. VanTassel is with the Dover ofice. She has more than 24 years of banking experience and was an assistant vice president and branch manager with PNC.

The Gratz Bank named Aaron M. Klinger vice president and chief operating oficer. He was controller. He also will continue as the Bank Secrecy Act oficer. He has an associate degree in business administration from Harrisburg Area Community College and a bachelor's degree in finance from Penn State. Kelly M. Carter was named assistant vice president and controller. She was an internal auditor and compliance oficer. Previously, she was a stafi accountant with Jones & Co. Certified Public Accountants in Schuylkill County. She has a bachelor's degree in business administration and accounting from Bloomsburg University. Kevin W. Laudenslager was named part of the senior management team. He was a senior executive vice president, chief financial officer and president of the Northern region with Mid Penn Bank. He has a bachelor's degree in accounting and an MBA from Drexel University.


Allentown-based National Penn Bancshares Inc. named Bryan M. Moyer a senior vice president and director of the Lancaster commercial lending group. He has 14 years of financial service experience and a bachelor's degree in finance from Messiah College.

CONSTRUCTION Ha r r i sbu r g - based Reynolds Restoration Services named John M. Celli an estimator with the King of Prussia office in Montgomery County.

EDUCATION Wormleysburg-based Harrisburg Academy named Adrienne Davis an early childhood strings teacher and a band instructor for the lower, middle and upper schools. She was a high school choral director with South Eastern School District and an elementary music teacher and middle school chorus teacher with Conewago Valley School District. She has a bachelor of music degree in music education from Mansfield University. Rachel Dietz was named the technology integrator for the early childhood department through the fifth grade and director of the extended-day program. She has a bachelor's degree in elementary education from Penn State Harrisburg. Keo Oura Kounlavong-Sabath was named director of college counseling. She will oversee the college counseling ofice and work with students beginning in eighth grade. She has more than 12 years of college-admissions experience and was associate director of admission with Lebanon Valley College, as well as LVC's international student counselor. She has a bachelor's degree in politics and international relations from Ursinus College. Maria Lee was named a building-wide substitute. She taught early childhood and elementary classes at an independent school district in Texas for seven years. She has a bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies from the University of Houston. Daniel May was named a middle school science and math teacher, head of the After-School Science Club and head coach of the middle school girls' soccer team. He has taught at Nichols School in New York, Cardigan Mountain School in New Hampshire, and Lake Forest Academy in Illinois. He has a bachelor's degree of science from Western Michigan University. Amy Ziegler was named the school nurse. She will administer sports physicals and medications and attend to the day-to-day medical needs. She was a neonatal intensive care unit and pediatric nurse with Holy Spirit Hospital, WellSpan Health and PinnacleHealth System for 12 years. She also was a substitute school nurse for Camp Hill School District. She has a bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Vermont and a master's degree in nursing from Widener University.

HEALTH CARE Manheim-Township-based Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster Ltd. named Drs. Rodney Brenneman, Colin Heinle, Jackson Liu and Kathryne J. Stabile members of the practice. Brenneman will specialize in general orthopedics, sports injuries, total joint replacement, orthopedic trauma and shoulder and knee arthroscopy. He has a medical degree from Penn State. Heinle will specialize in total joint replacement, arthroscopic surgery, sports injuries and fractures. He was employed with Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham & Women's Hospital in Boston. He has a medical degree from Georgetown University. Liu will specialize in pain management, musculoskeletal care, spinal injections, musculoskeletal ultrasound, work injuries and sports injuries. He was employed with Sinai Hospital of Baltimore and has a medical degree from the State University of New York. Stabile will focus on arthroscopic surgery, orthopedic trauma and cartilage restoration. She was employed with Duke University Medical Center in North Carolina and has medical degree from Drexel University.

York-based WellSpan Health named Dean Nachtigall and Craig Sullivan surgeons with afiliate Well- Span Orthopedics. Nachtigall has a medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences; Sullivan has medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.

MANUFACTURING High Concrete Group LLC of East Cocalico Township named William Rinker Jr. a project manager. He was a general manager with Reading Refractories in Berks County. He has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. Matthew T. Bachert and Amir Boutorabi were named estimators. They will review plans and specifications and provide take-ofis and cost estimates. Bachert was an estimator and draftsman with Behney Corp., and Boutorabi was a sales yard operator with Elizabethtown Landscape Supply. They each have bachelor's degrees in structural design and construction engineering technology from Penn State. Daniel B. Fernandez was named a plant maintenance and asset manager. He will oversee maintenance and develop maintenance and asset strategies. He was a service operations manager with Otis Elevator in Austin, Texas. Previously, he was a captain in the U.S. Army. He has a bachelor's degree in criminology from the University of South Florida. Matthew E. Birney, Brandon L. Krick and Matthew L. Malloy were named associate design engineers. They will design various structural components used in precast concrete construction. Birney has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Penn State Harrisburg. Krick was a project engineer with SWF Industrial, and previously, a design/ drafter with High Concrete. He has an associate degree from Berks Technical Institute. Malloy is an engineerin- training with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. Jennifer L. Nichols was named a production control specialist. She will assist with production reporting. She was a projectcontrols manager. She has an associate degree in architectural drafting from College of DuPage in Illinois. Jefirey T. Tudor was named a shiftsuperintendent. He will coordinate and oversee night shiftoperations. He was a production supervisor. He has a bachelor's degree in welding and fabrication engineering technology from Pennsylvania School of Technology. Shane S. Frees was named a master scheduler. He will create and maintain all aspects of the production schedule. He was a production planner/scheduler.

NONPROFITS Leadership York elected Rob Bernhard, Kyle Joines, Theresia Neff, Peter Ruth, Deb Stock and Charles Wurster to its board. Bernhard is human resources director of the York City School District; Joines is a legislative assistant to state Rep. Kevin Schreiber; Neffis a retail banking executive with Susquehanna Bank; Ruth is an attorney with Stock and Leader; Stock is interim executive director of Turning Point; and Wurster is a credit oficer with York Traditions Bank.

HACC Foundation elected James E. Grandon Jr. chairman, Niles Benn vice chairman, John J. "Ski" Sygielski secretary and John M. Eberly treasurer. Grandon is owner of Grandon Real Estate Inc. and president and owner of G&L Construction Co.; Benn is a lawyer with Benn Law Firm; Sygielski is president of Harrisburg Area Community College; and Eberly is vice president of finance with the school. Dennis Benchofi, Donald Enders Jr., Norma Gotwalt, Nicholas Hughes, Sheryl Simmons and Frank Sourbeer were named to the board. Benchofi is an adjunct mathematics instructor with the Lancaster campus and a retired deputy commanding general of the U.S. Army Materiel Command in Alexandria, Va. Enders is president and CEO of Colonial Park Realty Co., which does business as Enders Insurance Associates; Gotwalt is a former chairwoman of the Pennsylvania State Civil Service Commission; Hughes is a former chief financial oficer and part owner of TV Host Inc.; Simmons is CFO and treasurer of School Board Services LLC; and Sourbeer is president of Wilsbach Distributors.

Carlisle-based Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties named John Reardon executive director. He was executive director and CEO of Niagara Cerebral Palsy. He also is a speech-language pathologist with a bachelor's degree in speech and hearing from State University of New York at Oneonta and a master's degree in speech pathology from Northern Illinois University.

York Youth Symphony Orchestra elected Calvin Weary president and Robert Brooks III treasurer. Weary is CEO of Weary Arts Group. Brooks is a network engineer with DII Computers Inc. He is a graduate of York Technical Institute.

RETAIL East Lampeter Township-based Hair Direct named Mike Koser a lead software engineer. He will oversee website systems, stafi and services, as well as technical development standards and practices. He has a bachelor's degree in computer information systems from DeVry University.

TECHNOLOGY Hampden Township-based More field Communications named Jay Dissinger vice president. He has more than 30 years of experience and was head of multimedia and security, including video conferencing, audio/ visual technology, situational awareness and mass notification and video surveillance. He has a degree in specialized technology.

UTILITIES Adams Electric Cooperative Inc. of Cumberland Township named David Gring an engineer- in-training with the engineering department. He has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from York College. Jordan Hoke and Tyler Miller were named first-year apprentices with the Shippensburg district. Hoke was an apprentice lineman with C.W. Wright Construction Co. in Maryland; Tyler was an apprentice lineman with Infretech Corp. in Georgia. Jacob Strasbaugh and Toni O' Donnell were named first-year apprentices with the Gettysburg district. Strasbaugh was a fourth-step groundman with David H. Elliot of Baltimore. O'Donnell was a meter/ reader collector. Rich Ohler was named a meter/reader collector. He was a service dispatcher. Stacey Garman was named a general accounting assistant with the finance and member services department.
