Japan Parts Makers Added Capacity to Meet China Needs(Sinocast Computers & Electronics Beat (China) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) BEIJING, October 22, SinoCast -- Japan Display, TDK, Sony and other Japanese electronic parts manufacturers have increased production capacity of parts for smart mobile phones to meet the needs of high-performance parts of China's smart mobile phone makers, such as Huawei and Xiaomi, to reduce dependence on South Korea Samsung and the US Apple Inc. These part manufacturers mainly increased production capacity in the domestic production bases in Japan, therefore which is expected to promote Japan's electronic parts export to expand. According to Strategy Analytics, from April to June in 2014, China's three large smart phone makers, Huawei, Lenovo and Xiaomi, occupied 17% of the global market, exceeding Apple. 4G mobile communication service "TD-LTE" has been put into use in China and the needs for high-performance parts produced by Japan is rising.
