Bahrain : BAHRAIN hosts the first ever Cyber Security Summit 2014 [TendersInfo (India)](TendersInfo (India) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Bahrain is hosting the first ever Cyber Security Summit 2014, with technology guru J Bernie Rice serving as the conference chairman. The summit is being organised under the patronage of Central Informatics Organisation director-general for information technology Shaikh Salman bin Mohammed Al Khalifa. According to Roshcomm's chief executive M A Sridhar, the event organiser, during the three-day event at the Diplomat Radisson Blu Hotel, Residence and Spa he expects to host the largest yet gathering of information technology (IT) security and risk management gurus and thought leaders in the region. He said, Mr Rice is the co-chief executive and director of Impervio Technologies, which is engaged in the development of cognitive scripting encryption systems that thwart hacking attempts to decrypt data. His illustrious background in the field of IT has positioned him among the world's leading thinkers in information technology and related fields. According to Mr Rice, he plans to present his ideas and share his thoughts with the delegates on topics of organisational adaptability to the changing environment.
