Concurrent Releases New UpShift CDN Software [Professional Services Close - Up](Professional Services Close - Up Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Concurrent has unveiled support for new high-density edge server configurations in its latest UpShift content delivery network software release. According to a release from the company, UpShift supports content delivery to any viewing device from a common platform, enabling commercial video services to be streamed to consumers at home or on the go, over fixed-line or mobile broadband networks. Concurrent said its UpShift software has been certified to operate on next generation servers featuring higher solid state storage capacities and new form factors.
