United States : IPitomy Communications acquires SIP trunking division of Goodwin Global Communications [TendersInfo (India)](TendersInfo (India) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) IPitomy Communications LLC declared that it has taken over the SIP trunking division of Goodwin Global Communications (GGC) for an undisclosed amount. IPitomy with switches in Los Angeles and Dallas and an international VoIP network is now offering IPitomy SIP trunking and service through their existing sales channel. Goodwin will join the IPitomy team immediately as their President.
