Yamaha Dare to Compare Guitar Promotion and Sweepstakes Continues Through November

(PR Web Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Buena Park, Calif. (PRWEB) October 13, 2014 Yamaha today announced that its well-received Dare to Compare Live acoustic-electric guitar promotion will continue through November 3, 2014 and visit four states.

In the promotion, participants visit a Dare to Compare Live dealer and conduct a hands-on comparison between a Yamaha A-Series or L-Series acoustic-electric guitar and any other acoustic-electric guitar made by another manufacturer under MSRP $1,500. The goal is to have players experience Yamaha quality hands-on and to recognize that Yamaha guitars offer unparalleled value. Clinicians on hand will include either Carl Tosten or Don Alder, both of whom are accomplished Yamaha Guitar Artists.

Guitarists who register with a Dare to Compare Live representative will receive a shirt and are eligible to enter a sweepstakes to win a THR5A amplifier. After registering, participants may visit the Yamaha Guitars US Facebook page (http://4wrd.it/GUITARSFB) to increase their chances of winning.

(Acoustic Resonance Enhancement), an original wood reforming technology developed by Yamaha that produces a tonal richness that can only be found in vintage models that have been played for many years.

A-Series guitars from Yamaha are professional instruments designed to be the workhorse of any steel-string guitarist's arsenal. All models feature solid spruce tops and are outfitted with new S.R.T. (Studio Response Technology) electronics developed by Yamaha.

The THR5A amplifier offers a new way to experience acoustic-electric guitars by providing simulations of classic tube condenser and dynamic mics, combined with studio-grade effects, to create recording studio tone direct from the guitar and will appeal to the singer/songwriter, folk, fingerstyle and acoustic blues player.
