Bourne Partners Releases Video Series Featuring Global Leaders in Private Equity, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals and Technology

CHARLOTTE, N.C. --(Business Wire)--

Bourne Partners, a healthcare and consumer advisory, merchant banking, and investment firm, comprised of Bourne Capital Partners, LLC (BCP) and Bourne Partners Alternative Assets, LLC (BPAA), has released a series of short videos featuring industry insights from global leaders in private equity, healthcare, pharmaceuticals and technology.

The videos, which are available for viewing on the firm's website at www.bourne-partners.com, are excerpted from panel and one-on-one discussions held at the Bourne Partners Annual Conference and Executive Summit earlier this year.

"In keeping with Bourne Partners' goal of serving as an essential resource for our partners and clients, we've developed this series of videos to highlight key insights and market trends discussed at our annual conference," said Banks Bourne, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bourne Partners. "Whether it is by sharing industry information and analysis in these videos or fostering corporate connections at the event itself, we strive to play an active role in helping businesses grow by fostering long-term, profitable relationships."

Ranging from three to six minutes long, the videos feature industry leaders discussing a variety of topics from the pharmaceutical, healthcare, technology and consumer sectors, including: the effects of the ACA; tax inversin transactions within the pharmaceutical industry; pharmaceutical M&A valuations; the future of healthcare IT; the branding challenges faced throughout the industry; and building strong teams.

In total, speakers' companies at the Bourne Partners Annual Conference represented more than $70 billion in aggregate revenue, $50 billion in market capitalization and $200 billion in assets under management. Notable speakers featured in the video series include:

  • Rick Hendrick, Founder of Hendrick Motorsports
  • Fred Luddy, Founder, Chief Product Officer, and Director of ServiceNow
  • David Krantz, CEO of YP
  • Joe Piemont, President and COO of Carolinas HealthCare System
