SAE Institute Signs On as Co-Chair Patron of 30th Annual AIDS Walk Los Angeles

(PR Web Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) October 01, 2014 The Los Angeles campus of SAE Institute, a creative media college offering diplomas in Audio Technology, is a Co-Chair Patron of the 30th Annual AIDS Walk Los Angeles, which will take place on Sunday, October 12 at 10am. SAE's team of walkers - named "SAE No To AIDS" - will be part of the event.

"We're excited for SAE to support AIDS Walk L.A.," says SAE Los Angeles Campus Director Justin Pond. "The event actually has personal relevance to one of our administrators, who has a family member with HIV, so our participation takes on additional meaning and importance." Walking the route with SAE's team will be Debra Wilson, an original cast member of the hit TV show "Mad TV" and Dino Cazares, co-founder and guitarist for the industrial metal group Fear Factory. Autumn Leilani and J.R. Nobel – both of whom are top L.A. DJs as well as graduates of SAE L.A.'s Audio Technology Program – will be spinning at rest stops along the Walk's route. SAE L.A. faculty member and veteran rave DJ Brian Markman will also be performing.

The 30th Annual AIDS Walk Los Angeles is a 6.2 mile course. It will begin and end in West Hollywood Park. To donate to the "SAE No To AIDS" team and support their participation in AIDS Walk Los Angeles or to join the team on the Walk, visit their team page.
