Rivera was previously the senior vice president and director of client services at Harrison and Star, a global healthcare marketing agency. In this role, Rivera will serve as an account leader and will head Concentric Health Experience's biggest accounts, building on his expertise in helping clients make decisions to strengthen their brands.
