Kaplan University Names Craig Collins to Lead Corporate Development


DAVENPORT, Iowa --(Business Wire)--

Kaplan University today announced the hiring of Craig Collins as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Services.

In this role, Mr. Collins will lead strategic relationships for the University focusing specifically on partnership development. He will report to Dr. Wade Dyke, Kaplan University President.

"Craig's impressive track record in business development makes him an ideal fit for Kaplan University," said Dr. Dyke. "His leadership will help us to break the mold of what is considered the standard academic partnership."

He joins Kaplan University with more than 23 years of innovative senior leadership experience in the communications and technology industry including Time Warner Cable, XO Communications (News - Alert), Bell Atlantic, and AT&T. Most recently he was president of business services for Time Warner Cable's Western Region group.

Mr. Collins earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Georgetown Universty and a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University.
