He is banking on his team leaders handpicked from Indian outsourcing companies like Infosys and Wipro. Dell has been able to focus more on clients without being distracted by activist shareholders and invest in some of the long-term strategies, including investing in cloud, security and analytics space. The company currently has about two percent of the $3 trillion information technology industry and wants to have 3-4 percent in the years to come. |
