Gansu Huangtai Licensed by MURAD(Sinocast Consumer Products Beat (China) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) GANSU, September 17, SinoCast -- Gansu Huangtai Wine-marketing Industry Co., Ltd. (SZSE: 000995) revealed plans to finance CNY 1.402 billion from private placement, including CNY 802 million to replenish daily capital and CNY 600 million for a JV with MURAD 51% and 49% held by both sides. Their cooperation will be kicked of in technology and trademark licensing. In detail, Gansu Huangtai will set up a wholly owned subsidiary for producing and selling healthcare products licensed by MURAD. Both sides have inked framework agreement and licensing contract.
