Bulgaria : VIVACOM intends to buy NURTS [TendersInfo (India)](TendersInfo (India) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) The Bulgarian Telecommunications Company EAD (BTC) confirmed that it submitted a notification to Bulgaria s Commission for Protection of Competition (CPC) regarding its intention to buy the Nurts Bulgaria Group (Nurts), which invested and concluded the digitalisation of terrestrial radio and television broadcasting. The present owners of Nurts made a decision to withdraw from their investment in Bulgaria because of the changed macroeconomic environment and lack of public support and interest in digital terrestrial TV.
