The bottom line is, you can't find your photos! Nothing worse than missing those Kodak moments forever but before you despair, here's how you can retrieve them if you have a smart phone running Android OS: • Download Android Data Recovery which is a program that lets you restore lost data from your phone such as photos, messages, contacts and videos. • Run Android Data Recovery software and connect your Android phone to your computer • After connecting your device to the computer, you will have to enable USB debugging. In some cases, your computer detects the new device automatically but if it doesn't, here's how to do so depending on your Android OS version: • •For Android 2.3 or earlier: go to "Settings" > click on "Applications" > click on "Development" > check "USB debugging" • • For Android 3.0 to 4.1: go to "Settings" > click on "Developer options" > check "USB debugging" • • For Android 4.2 or newer: go to "Settings" > click on "About Phone" > Tap "Build number" for several times until you get this note: "You are under developer mode" > go back to "Settings" > click on "Developer options" > check "USB debugging" • Click on "Start" to analyze your Android phone. Make sure your phone's battery is more than %20. • Go back to your device and click on "Allow" to let Android Data Recovery scan your phone for lost data. • Go through your photos and find the ones you were looking for. • Mark the photos then click on "Recover" to save them to your computer • You can now transfer them to your phone via Bluetooth or email From now on, make sure you backup all of your valuable data to avoid losing them forever.
