Grandsoft, Autodesk Conducted Strategic Cooperation(Sinocast Computers & Electronics Beat (China) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) BEIJING, September 12, SinoCast -- Grandsoft and Autodesk signed a memo of understanding on strategic cooperation in Hangzhou on September 11 to conduct key cooperation in three fields, marketing activities, research and development and sales. Autodesk is the world's largest 2D and 3D design and engineering software company. This April, Grandsoft announced the acquisition of a 100% stake in Progman Oy in Finland. This cooperation can achieve technological integration of existing products and enhance Grandsoft's strength in design. Through the cooperation, Autodesk will assist Grandsoft to develop Autodesk Revit Architecture software and achieve data connectivity with Grandsoft in the data interface of civil engineering quantity calculation software.
