UNSi Appoints John Lanza as Vice President of Customer Care

Lanza brings more than 30 years of telecommunications experience to the company, having previously served in leadership roles at Transcom Enhanced Services, XO Communications, WorldCom, and MCI. John served as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Air Force Electronic Warfare Center. As Vice President of Customer Care at UNSi, Lanza's primary responsibilities include supporting UNSi's customers and leading its tier-1 customer support and network operations center (NOC) teams that are located in Carrolton, Texas and Lemont Furnace, Pennsylvania.
