Nemo Outdoor is a laptop-based drive test solution for mobile network testing which supports more than 270 terminals and scanning receivers from various suppliers and all leading network technologies. Using two carrier components with downlink bandwidths of 20 MHz, operators across the world are presently testing and trialing carrier aggregation and are rolling out LTE-Advanced (LTE-A) networks with the Phase I of Cat 6 devices. The alignment of the newest network features and testing application capabilities is key for carriers to verify and optimise LTE-A features to make sure that they meet market demands. LTE-A carrier aggregation enables wireless carriers to achieve superior data rates through integrated spectrum resources. This provides end-users with faster access to the internet, smoother content streaming and enhances mobile services.
