nFocus Solutions Awarded Subcontract to Continue Work on Enhanced Army Training Management System

nFocus Solutions^®, a leading provider of software solutions for the public sector, has been selected to continue work toward enhancing the Army Training Management System (ATMS) for the Combined Arms Center (CAC) in Fort Leavenworth, Kan.

Providing trainers the improved capability to plan, prepare, resource and manage training for Army units and individual soldiers, ATMS serves as a vital part of CAC's operations by providing the Army with an easy-to-use, web-based tool for creating comprehensive training strategies.

As soldiers complete courses, they are tracked within the ATMS, allowing leaders to effectively manage personnel and unit training at both the active and reserve levels. At a critical time for reducing total ownership costs, ATMS is recognized to deliver a cost savings of $60M/yr through significant efficiencies in managing resources and personnel time.

Work will be completed at offices in Fort Leavenworth, Kan., Orlando, Fla., and Phoenix, Ariz.
