In the last three months, the marketing business has taken on 20 new staff, bringing its total workforce to 52. Last year, the company outgrew its premises, resulting in its move to its current location. According to GrowthAccelerator, high growth is usually defined as a 20% rise in turnover or head count for three consecutive years. Businesses that fall in to the Hyper Growth category will have achieved this level of growth in just one year.
