ASUS ROG unleashes the Rampage V Extreme [T-break Tech (Middle East)]

(T-break Tech (Middle East) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) To own a branded gaming rig like the Alienware Area-51 is amazing, but extreme overclockers prefer to build a custom gaming rig from scratch. ASUS Republic of Gamers has announced its X99 based Rampage V Extreme motherboards, exclusively designed for overclocking the Haswell-E processors and DDR4 RAM modules to their limits.

Extreme overclockers will be pleased with the OC sockets and other technologies found in the Rampage V Extreme. The OC panel holds a 2.6-inch display, providing various parameters. The ReTry buttons gets users out from unexpected overclocking mistakes. The ROG team had already broken benchmark records using 8-core/16 threads Haswell-E processors and DDR4 memory speeds up to 4004 MHz.

Moreover, the Extreme Engine Digi+ IV is responsible for the voltage regulation and delivery of accurate power and the DirectCU cooling technology lowers the temperatures up to 7 degrees. In addition, the Rampage V Extreme comes with PCI Express 3.0 and SATA express ports primed for super-fast SSDs and external storage options.

Furthermore, we obtain an innovative 3-transmit/3-receive 802.11ac WiFi antenna for uninterrupted gaming sessions. Users can punch in four graphics cards in SLI or Crossfire configurations for extreme frame rates at high resolution and game settings. The Rampage V Extreme will be available soon for $500 (approx. 1836 AED).
