Global Asset Management Leader Scott Bash Joins CH2M HILL's Strategic Consulting Team as Vice President


(M2 PressWIRE Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) DENVER -- CH2M HILL ( www.ch2mhill.com ) announced today the addition of Scott Bash to the firm's Global Strategic Consulting service team. Bash's expertise in using technology to streamline business processes and align with organizational goals will support CH2M HILL's ongoing commitment to help its clients make sound business decisions by improving operational efficiency. Bash is located in the firm's Bellevue, Washington, office.



In his new role, Scott will be responsible for helping grow the firm's Strategic Consulting client base, furthering the development of its Asset Management and Technology Practices, and applying leading-edge technology and innovation services to meet the needs of its clients.

Prior to joining CH2M HILL, he served as an Associate Vice President and the Asset Management Practice Leader at HDR. Responsible for HDR's Northwest Area Utility Management Services team, Bash expanded utility management services that included strategic planning, organizational development, and business process improvement; he designed Program Management Information Systems and program management governance for several businesses.


While at HDR, Scott also served as the project manager for Seattle Public Utilities' (SPU) benchmarking and workplace efficiency project. He led the development of a prioritized plan to increase cost efficiencies in service level delivery to all of the utility's customer accounts. The plan is helping the utility identify key improvements to reduce operating expenses and improve its business strategy and processes, as well as its use of information technology. During this time, Scott also worked with numerous other utilities, to develop business optimization plans - driving greater operational efficiency, as well as customer service.

From 1999-2011, Bash was a vice president in Brown and Caldwell's Business Systems Consulting practice, and led the Information Technology practice. He played a fundamental role in designing and implementing web-based business intelligence products for the utility industry.
