XENTAURIX handles sources of all kinds, even direct antenna inputs from DVB (built-in receivers), HD-SDI or ASI transport streams. Cameras and network recorders can be tied in, which is very useful e.g. for Live Events or eLearning. Additionally, meta data of all kinds such as EPG, subtitles, bookmarks, web research data or even Speech2Text can be recorded synchronously. This enables the system to retrieve video in no time by searching for the contents in its database. All sources are immediately accessible to users in live or timeshift, and parts of the contents can be exported as video clips or published to your IPTV network. Every user can individually adjust their GUI to optimize the workflow. Multiview layouts can be generated for displaying all relevant videos and information. These GUIs are accessible by any PC or Apple iOS system using standard browsers. In addition, Set Top Boxes are available for 'PC-less' access or for use of XENTAURIX as IPTV serving system.
