Platform introduced to facilitate customer transactions [Arab Times (Kuwait)]

(Arab Times (Kuwait) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) KUWAIT CITY, Aug 25: Zain, the leading telecommunications company in Kuwait, announced the introduction of a Visual Communications System to connect a number of its largest branches through a secure audio and video conferencing network. Specifically designed with the aim of facilitating customers' transactions in a timely manner, the advanced platform links branches to its head office sales management team allowing quicker and secure communication. The branches in Kuwait connected on the platform are located at the Airport, Avenues, Al Hamra, Hawally, and Salmiya. The platform will accelerate the fulfilment of customers' urgent transactions in a dynamic manner, as well as unifying communications across the company's branches. By introducing pioneering platforms like the Visual Communications System, Zain aims to maintain its technological leadership in order to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

The Visual Communications System will provide significant synergies for the Direct Sales Management, located at Zain's headquarters, with the various branches, all managed through real-time full video and audio conferencing facilities in order to facilitate the completion of customer requests. The system will also provide a path for employees to conduct daily meetings with the company's headquarters via video and audio conferencing, eliminating the need to be present at the headquarters to do so, and for customers to complete major transactions without the need to visit the company's headquarters.    Commenting on the latest system implementation, Ahmad Al Kandari, Zain's Sales Director said: "Today's announcement is another step toward Zain's vision to provide the highest level of customer convenience. The activation of such advanced technological platforms will no doubt leverage Zain's efforts to remain the largest mobile operator in Kuwait through offering maximum convenience to our customers across their touch points with us." Al Kandari affirmed that Zain will remain the pioneer in delivering cutting-edge interactive solutions to keep up with the fast pace of innovation in the telecommunications sector, as well as to be the leader in providing the highest level of customer care services in Kuwait.  (c) 2014 Arab Times Kuwait English Daily.
