The former president and CEO of Baronian Consulting Group LLC, will serve as the vice president and director of organizational development/knowledge management (ODKM), in order to strengthen the organization's business development, financial management, and workforce management goals.



Dyer's industry expertise lends itself to his new position, where he will be responsible for the identification and prosecution of new business opportunities and the execution of the programs within the ODKM Directorate within AMERICAN SYSTEMS' Human Capital & Managed Services (HC&MS) offering. In addition to business development, Dyer will oversee all activities related to program, project, and technical performance and contract, financial, and personnel management.

His professional affiliations span multiple industry, state, and federal government organizations, including the Armed Forces Communications & Electronic Association and the National Defense Industrial Association.
