CVD Receives Multi-Million Dollar Fiber Coating System Order


CENTRAL ISLIP, N.Y. --(Business Wire)--

CVD Equipment Corporation (Nasdaq:CVV) announced today that it has received an order in excess of $2.75M from a major aviation component supplier to design and build a CVD system for coating fiber.

Leonard Rosenbaum, President and Chief Executive Officer stated, "Fibers coated by our equipment will help to usher in the next generation of aerospace components. Coated fibers withstand higher temperatures, a trait particularly valuable in aerospace engine components.
