BRIEF: Kechi man sentenced to nearly 10 years in child porn case [The Wichita Eagle :: ](Wichita Eagle (KS) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Aug. 18--A suburban Wichita man was sentenced Monday to nearly 10 years in federal prison for trading files over the Internet last year with a Missouri man who was producing child pornography, authorities said. Jaime Menchaca, 34, of Kechi pleaded guilty to one count of distributing child pornography and was sentenced to 110 months in prison, U.S. Attorney Barry Grissom said in a prepared statement. In his plea, Menchaca admitted that on Sept. 13 he sent an e-mail containing child pornography to a Missouri man. Prosecutors argued that Menchaca knew the Missouri man was actively producing child pornography and that he was hoping to swap for access to more of it. According to court records, Menchaca's e-mail said: "Would love to see more of" the victim "and anything else you may have. Here are some pics and vids I hope you enjoy."
