Egnyte Appoints Ian Whiting as President, Field Operations

Prior to Riverbed, Whiting served as senior vice president of Sales for Brocade Communications Systems, Inc., a leader in networking solutions, helping to grow the company's revenues from approximately $500 million to more than $2 billion annually. Prior to Brocade, Whiting held a number of senior sales positions in other high tech companies, including Compaq (acquired by HP). He holds a Master's Degree in European Business Management from Cranfield University (UK) and a Bachelor of Arts Honors in French and German from the University of Wales, Swansea.
