(TendersInfo (India) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Contract award: provide support services to software update license & support for product sw used under license by oracle.

The contract is to provide the following services: 1st Annual subscription rights to update Oracle software, service packs (maintenance release, maintenance pack) and patches (patches) issued for the duration of pre-paid service.

2 x 24 hours a day 7 days a week diagnosis of problems and their solution through Web-based My Oracle Support, access to technical information Oracle if Oracle support analyst.

3 The ability to create and follow the technical requirements (hereinafter SR) via the web interface My Oracle Support.

4 Access to non-technical customer support during standard business hours 9:00 to 17:00 pm. during working days.



Software Updates Part 5 license includes the development of new product functionality. Based on the active support services to the customer unlimited access to the latest version of the product at no additional charge.

Part 6 in each Product Support includes access to a web portal My Oracle Support - enabling safe and direct link to technical assistance, and unlimited accessibility 24 hours during working days and weekends / holidays (7 days a week), allocated through the CSI number. My Oracle Support portal is a unique source of information, diagnostic tools and access to Oracle technical specialist, 7 The possibility of using a local hotline to address non-technical issues (access to MOS, administration CSI numbers, help establish SR etc..)
