(ENP Newswire Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) ENP Newswire - 15 August 2014 Release date- 14082014 - New Port Richey, FL and Toronto, ON - Pasco County Utilities (the County) has completed a successful implementation of CIS Infinity, the customer information and billing solution from Advanced Utility Systems, a division of N. Harris Computer Corporation (Advanced).



The County serves a customer base of approximately 100,000 and bills for water, wastewater, reclaimed water, backflow, street light, solid waste, fire hydrant and several other miscellaneous charges.

'Some of the major ways CIS Infinity supports this commitment is by providing us with the agility to implement different rate structures and business rules accurately and easily for our multiple services; facilitating integration to key external systems eliminating duplication of effort and being able to take advantage of robust reporting tools for extensive report creation.' 'CIS Infinity supports this goal by being user friendly and intuitive to use, thereby allowing our staff to find the information they need fast and increase first call resolution rates. We have also implemented several integrated solutions to CIS Infinity that allows us to provide more customer self-service options and enhances our customer communication capabilities.' The County implemented the Advanced solutions Infinity.Link as well as Infinity.eXpress as part of its implementation of CIS Infinity. Infinity.Link allows the County's customers to view their bills online, view account information, pay their bills, request service, enter meter readings, and more. Infinity.eXpress is the Advanced customer self-service station that uses touch screen technology which customers can use to perform such tasks as changing their billing address, requesting a service order and making a bill payment.


The County also implemented Infinity.Mobile. Infinity.Mobile is Advanced's complete workforce automation application that reduces paperwork and increases accuracy of the service order process by leveraging mobile and wireless technologies.

Advanced provided the County with complete implementation services including conversion, training and support. These services were delivered by a team of knowledgeable professionals who follow a proven methodology.
