PHILADELPHIA --(Business Wire)--
Ameri100 hosted its "Recap, Rewind and Renew" meet at The Hub Commerce
Square, Philadelphia. The meet was to highlight Ameri100's successes
over the past two years which include disrupting the market place with
the ability to compete with larger professional services companies by
implementing Lean Enterprise Architecture Partnerships or LEAP. This
allowed Ameri100 to successfully deliver within aggressive timelines, on
time and within budget.
Highlighting the importance of innovation in this ever-changing world
during the meet, Dr. Arthur M. Langer, Academic Director and Faculty
Member at Columbia University, a recognized speaker and authority in the
areas of Technology Management and Leadership, Workforce Development,
Technology Staffing & Supply Chain and Mentoring, spoke on "Change
Management in a Global Digital World." Dr. Langer articulated on how
technology is in every fabric of an organization and most corporations
are struggling with it. Corporation know now what they didn't know 10
years ago that technology is the single most important thing to
competitive advantage. Dr. Langer went on to stte that businesses have
to also cope with a volatile, uncertain, complex & ambiguous world and
use technology as the agent of change to reinvent & evolve cultures that
are "change ready." "The customer is closer than you think. Companies
need to evolve and use innovation to create, understand and implement
continuous improvement practices," said Dr. Langer.
The benefits of a LEAP ecosystem-based innovative IT service has been
clearly demonstrated by Ameri100. This was highlighted in the speech by
Giri Devanur, CEO of Ameri100, who said, "Delivering innovation, insight
and 100% positive impact in a timely manner, within budget and exceeding
quality expectations are embodied in our DNA and our culture. We truly
believe in customer delight. That is what we live, breathe and dream."
Present at the meet was Jon Bergman, Director of Enterprise Architecture
and Enablement at Axalta Coating Systems, who said, "The key to our
continued success is to implement a strategic enterprise architecture
globally that simplifies our environment. Reducing our technology
footprint rather than expanding it is core to our strategy. In turn,
this will expand our available capital to allow Axalta to innovate and
gain a competitive advantage while simultaneously reducing our
non-discretionary or run and maintain spending."
