Priyadarshan quits Kerala Chalachithra Academy [News] [Times of India](Times of India Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Following the footsteps of Beena Paul Venugopal, the artistic director of the International Film Festival, ace director Priyadarshan also steps down from the Kerala Chalachithra Academy. The director, who served as the chairman of Film academy handed over the resignation letter to Cultural Minister Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan on Wednesday. According to the close sources , Priyadarshan took the decision due to his indifferences with the academy officials.
