NEULION, INC. (the "Company") increased its size to nine persons and appointed Robert E. Bostrom to fill the vacancy created by the increase in the size of the board. Mr. Bostrom, 61, is currently Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Abercrombie & Fitch.
