United States : VIASAT invests in GRAY LABS [TendersInfo (India)](TendersInfo (India) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Carlsbad-based ViaSat, a satellite and wireless networking developer has purchased the assets of Duluth Georgia-based Gray Labs, a developer of high rate modem products and custom spacecraft technologies for earth observation. No terms of the deal were revealed. ViaSat said that it will carry on supporting Gray Labs products and clients from Georgia.
