This puts the control in the customers hands. And customers can change their plan when they want, from their phone. Bottom line, this lets the user control costs and keeps costs low." Say Tech analyst Kagan. "When a customers is using more, they just adjust their plan. When they use less, they adust their plan. This control will reduce what customers pay for wireless smartphone services." Says Principal analyst Kagan. "I think this is exactly what a segment of consumers are really looking for.
