The League of American Communications Professionals (LACP), headquartered in San Diego/California, bestowed its gold award on USU's annual report for 2013 in the "Software" category. As a result, USU has again clinched a top spot in this year's contest among the world's best annual reports. More than 6,000 entries from 24 countries were submitted to the LACP and assessed on the basis of various criteria. The LACP Awards are one of the most important international contests for corporate communications. USU came 63rd in the EMEA segment in the overall rankings of all reports submitted from different sectors. The jury, comprising international communications experts, awarded 98 out of a possible 100 points for the USU annual report. As a result, USU took second spot in the "Software" category. USU was given maximum points for the initial impression, narrative, cover, financials and information value. "TRANSPARENCY" is the title and concept of USU's latest report.
