("Radiant") (OTCQB: RCGP), developer of unique, proprietary scientific technologies and cosmetic and over-the-counter products and devices, is pleased to announce at its regularly scheduled Board meeting held on July 3, 2014 the Directors agreed to "spinoff" the Company's exclusive license agreement with Dr. Yin-Xiong Li, MD, Ph.D. The new Company name will be NIT Enterprises, Inc. (Nucleotide Industrial Technologies). The Exclusive license agreement includes patented and patent-pending technologies for the development of innovative nucleotide technologies or nucleic acid (NA) code molecules, applications for the technologies to be directed at industrial facilities, medical facilities, hospitals, the welding industry and military and homeland security markets. Nucleotides are any of a group of molecules that, when linked together, form the building blocks of DNA or RNA: composed of a phosphate group, the bases adenine, cytosine, guanine, and thymine, and a pentose sugar.
