Robi ends Eid clothe-distribution among deprived children


(United News of Bangladesh Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Dhaka, July 27 (UNB) - Leading mobile phone operator Robi Axiata Limited has completed the distribution of clothes as Eid gifts among the underprivileged children across the country.



A total of 25,000 disadvantaged children in all 64 districts received new clothes from Robi which commenced the countrywide campaign in early July, said a press release.

The massive distribution was conducted in association with Volunteer for Bangladesh, a youth wing of JAAGO Foundation.

The campaign also enabled Robi subscribers who recharged Tk 28 or Tk 58 to be a part of this noble endeavour. Besides, being a proud partner of this initiative, Robi subscribers also enjoyed additional usage bonuses and free offers amounting to 800%++ of their total recharge.
